Getting started: payments and payouts
If a payout hasn’t arrived according to its expected delivery date, there can be several reasons as to why. Please check both your dashboard or email to see if we requested additional information from you to complete this process.
My payout is missing, changed, or postponed
Most payouts issues are due to: Your payout date keeps getting changed and postponed. You have a reserve on your account. Your payout is being processed by your bank. Your bank account details are incorrect.
Understanding daily, automatic, and manual payouts
A number of different payout schedule options. You can choose to automatically have funds paid out daily, weekly, or monthly. You can also set a custom payout schedule by setting your payout schedule to Manual and building a custom schedule in your integration backend.
Common questions about payout schedules
If you turn off automatic payouts in the Dashboard, you must manually send funds to your bank account. You can do this either in the Payouts section of the Dashboard or by creating payouts using the API.
Understanding changes to my payout delivery date
If your payout date keeps getting pushed out to a future date, this is most likely due to outstanding account verification requirements required from the owner of the account. In order to resume processing payouts, the owner of the account should check both the dashboard or email to see if we requested additional information.
7 day delay for first payout for connected accounts
Your first payout is typically available 7 days after you add your bank account and take your first successful payment. This waiting period can be up to 14 days for businesses in certain industries, and up to 30 days in countries like Brazil. This delay allows to mitigate some of the risks inherent in providing credit services.
